- End-to-End Billing Implementation Leadership:
Has led complex billing transformation or implementation projects across multiple business units, integrating product, finance, and technical domains. - Technical & Data Architecture Acumen:
Deep understanding of data modelling, systems integration, and platform architecture. Able to anticipate technical dependencies and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles. - Product Management & Delivery Frameworks:
Experienced in applying structured product management methodologies (e.g., Agile, dual-track delivery, outcome-based road mapping) in dynamic, fast-paced environments. - Operational Reporting & Insights Enablement:
Familiar with setting up robust operational reporting frameworks, including reconciliation, audit, and exception handling use cases. - Collaborative Problem Solving & Decision-Making:
Comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing risk, and facilitating decision-making with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Applies structured approaches (e.g., A3 thinking, root cause analysis, DACI/RAPID) to resolve blockers and drive clarity. - Executive Communication & Stakeholder Alignment:
Skilled communicator who can tailor narrative and influence across senior leadership, technical teams, and commercial stakeholders. Brings clarity to complexity and is effective at building consensus. - Cross-Functional Influence & Team Enablement:
Adept at working across product, engineering, finance, and analytics teams. Provides directional clarity, coaches team members, and fosters a collaborative delivery environment. - Must be eligable to live and work in the UK
